At After Dark Cigars, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy to understand the terms and conditions of shipping.
We do not ship Cigars to the following States: Hawaii, Utah, South Dakota, Maryland
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 days of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS to deliver your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping carrier’s guidelines. Please note these times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Accurate Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2. Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, After Dark Cigars is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring a secure location for delivery or opting for signature confirmation if needed.
3. Shipping Disputes
If you encounter an issue with your shipment (e.g., delay, damage, or loss), please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days delivery with photos of the product and packaging, as well as proof of purchase. We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking details are provided, After Dark Cigars is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with your local carrier or contacting your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provider.
International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
