All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Responsibility

Carrier Errors or Delays: After Dark Cigars is not responsible for shipping carrier errors, delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries. These matters must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a mistake on the part of the customer will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered, After Dark Cigars is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days of delivery with the following:

Proof of purchase.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please ensure all customization details are accurate before placing your order.

Shipping Disputes

For any shipping disputes, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. After Dark Cigars cannot provide refunds or replacements for issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
